Fourth, the content of sulfur

(1) The sulfur content of graphitization carburizing agent is generally between 0.03-0.06%, and generally 0.05% is more. The absorption rate is generally between 90% and 95%. (2) The sulfur content of calcined petroleum coke carburizer is generally about 0.5%. The absorption rate is generally between 80% and 90%.

Fifth: smelting time: graphitization carburizing agent smelting environment than calcined petroleum coking carburizing agent smelting time is longer.

Sixth: the use of two kinds of carburizing agent is the same, according to the amount of different manufacturers will be different, although the price of graphitized carburizing agent is higher than the price of calcined petroleum coke carburizing agent, but from the overall use cost point of view, the choice of graphitized carburizing agent is the most economic. Therefore, many casting steel manufacturers also gradually began to tend to graphitization carburizer procurement.
